AlphaMERS deployed its solution for river cleanup. 

The floating trash barrier is deployed in a river in Chennai and helps control floating solid waste.

AlphaMERS deployed preventive booming around the first STS operations in
Tuticorin anchorage using only available country boats and fishing boats.
AlphaMERS participated in a major exercise under the flag of ISCO, conducted by North Pacific Coast Guard Forum. This exercise tested the IOA format (International Offer of Assistance)  by  IMO - to request international assistance in case of a major oil spill disasters.  

Ten leading oil spill response companies from around the world participated in this exercise and AlphaMERS was the Indian participant.
